OFFICE MANAGER

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join Omnisend team. We expect someone who is waiting for a challenge and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will be providing office administrative support while handling a variety of different tasks daily.

The ideal candidate is an organizational wizard who works well with others and has a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general office support: maintain files, order supplies, greet guests, organize and prioritize projects and activities;

  • Serve as the point person for tasks such as office maintenance and communication with the landlord, mailings, managing correspondence, etc.;

  • Maintain office space: equipment, office supplies, cleaning services, security;

  • Coordinate office activities and operations;

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the top management;

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;

  • Troubleshoot emergencies;

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • At least 2 years of office management experience;

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;

  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral);

  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation abilities;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills;

  • Positive, can-do attitude; Flexibility; Sense of humour.
